Breaking News: Thousands of El Paso Residents Still Under Boil Water Notice After Water Main Break

"When the work site is dry and when our crews are ready to work on the site, everything we need is on hand to complete the repairs," Trejo said. "It's our job as engineers to extend the life of these pipelines, and there are different methods in place to do that," Trejo explained. "But there are a lot of programs in place that we do to extend the life of these pipelines to avoid the complete replacement."
